[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Laptop is great. I have an issue with getting it to power off. I also have an issue with face recognition going to black screen. Have to do alt, cntrl, del to get it to shut off, and log out. Then it's OK when I restart. Overall it's OK but in my opinion, on reliability.. not worth the big bucks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally had to replace my old ThinkPad X1 because it couldn’t communicate with my new printer. That’s how old it was - no upgrade would work. I was really upset. Couldn’t imagine another could take its place. But the new one has done just that - at half the weight!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The X1 Carbon is our go to laptop and has been for many years. Powerful, reliable and in a package that’s just the right size.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Incredibly light and powerful laptop, checks all of my boxes as I primarily work with office and online applications.
