[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great computer at discounted price. Fast and nice aestetics. Good camera for work meetings. I like the flexibility of it to to become a tablet for kids.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for travel and keeping in touch with the office. Love the small size and light weight. Battery life is excellent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really want to love this laptop, but I'm in the process of moving to replacement three in less than a month and my hopes are falling rapidly. So far it's all been software issues with the keyboard and now the touchscreen.
The size and weight are fantastic. Love that. The hinges are also far sturdier than my HP 2-in-1. There are more ports as well. It is also nice to have the pen slot built into the laptop. They get lost so easily without a designated holster.
The keyboard has potential. It's comfortable while typing words, but some keyboard shortcuts are not comfortable. For example, ctrl+shift+tab often does not register because the bar separating the keys is too high. I am also not a fan of having the function key on the far left and the ctrl key to the right of that. It is nice that you can program the keys to be reversed, but why not just automatically produce the keyboards the same as the majority of other keyboards?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop is perfect for its intended purposes - very fast and long battery life. I didn't think I would like the touchscreen, but it's a nice addition.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 2016 X1 Yoga with a new one. The replacement takes longer to start up than my old machine (that could be Windows 11?), and is substantially heavier, so overall it feels like a downgrade, which is disappointing for a piece of tech that had seven years to make advances. To some extent it may be a testament to how advanced these machines were back then. While I like the idea of integrating the finger reader with the power button, the reader is really finicky and rarely works. Also disappointing. Having face recognition is nice but the machine doesn’t automatically switch to and utilize the camera plugged into the docking station, so if you start your laptop from the docking station with the laptop closed this feature is essentially not available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
