I’m very happy with the purchase. I bought my wife and one just based off the previous reviews alone. It’s a very firm pillow and very supportive of the neck.

It was marketed as firmer than it actually is. I couldn’t find the super firm pillow I purchased a couple years ago. I’m disappointed in the firmness. It is cooling as it states.

Once I played around with the zipper on each side. I am sleeping so much better now. I can't get over how cool to the touch the pillow is. I even had to show it to my best friend. She loved the way the pillow felt.
