It was not as cooling and firm as expected. I wish I hadn’t bought it because it is not worth the price it costs.

Helps my neck pain! I go between firmness from time to time, but it’s always comfy. Also stays cool which is great because I hate a hot pillow.

The fill in this pillow is excellent! By day I use the pillow to support my back. Then at night it's my pillow that I fall into like a cloud! Helps me fall asleep.
