The pillow is amazing as

The pillow is amazing as far as cooling. However even with both zippers open it is still to full. Not a great night sleep.

Too big, meaning it’s way too high. Maybe it’s better for others but neither my husband nor I find these pillows comfortable. I was hoping the stuffing would be adjustable (removable pieces).

I like this pillow but

I like this pillow but it doesn't fit into a standard pillowcase. It's wide so when you put a standard pillowcase on it, the pillow is as hard as a rock. I made a wider pillowcase and the pillow is very comfortable. Also once you put a pillowcase on it, the "cooling" feature is moot.

Using this pillow has worsened my neck pain. I can feel a huge difference when I use this pillow vs when I use a cheaper and flatter pillow. Do not waste your money on this

I love everything about this pillow but the size. This pillow cannot stay within any of my standard pillowcases and it can be very annoying when sleeping.
