It's one of the best pillows I've ever try and will never go back have severe neck pain due to herniated disc and I have on the neck and believe me I sleep Al night with not pain now

I don't hate this pillow however I wished it was a fit fuller / firmer. I enjoy the ability to change the firmness and I enjoy the cooling feature.
