My daughter and I both absolutely love this pillow. Although the firm isn't necessarily firm, it is perfect for me. I would love a suggested pillow case that allows more of the cooling effect.

I can honestly tell you it has not helped me for sleeping I put it in my spare bedroom and went back to using my old pillow sorry I bought them

Very comfortable, easy to sleep on (and I have a difficult body to please with physical issues galore), cooling works great without a pillowcase. Wish it was a little more supportive but haven’t quite figured out the modified zipper settings
