Should come with its own

While I prefer a harder pillow, this one is very comfortable and I wake up with no neck pain, which was a primary reason for ordering it.

From the description, I understood that I would not need to keep flipping the pillow to keep the cool side up. WRONG!! I am CONSTANTLY flipping the pillow. Also, the only way to feel the "coolness" is to not put any sort of pillowcase or anything on it. It also goes flat during the night so once again, you have to flip it.

The pillow itself is fantastic. However, with both zippers open (the most comfortable for me) and you put it in a King size pillowcase (I bought a king pillow) it pretty much closes it back up because the pillow case won't let the pillow expand. I called Nectar to see if they sold a pillow case to fit their pillow and was told no. So my choices are sleep on it with no pillow case or put a pillow case on it that makes it uncomfortable for me and defeats the whole design of the pillow.
