I love this pillow!! I like that it has different options of soft, medium and firm. I took a couple night to figure out which setting I liked best, but now that I found it it’s perfect!! Plus love the cooling feature!! Recommend it to everyone

This thing still smells like a factory 3 weeks later. They won’t accept my return… 3 days past the 30 day window. Also it’s wayyy too tall of a pillow. Learn from my mistake. Just don’t

The pillow is very comfortable

The pillow is very comfortable but has one issue. We’ve had to open each zippered opening to get it at our preferred softness. Unfortunately this makes the pillow so big that it won’t fit in a normal king- size pillow case without stuffing it in and negating the softer setting. So we were forced to order oversized pillow cases.
