It’s soft, cool, supportive, and never loses its shape! It’s got zippers to help change the fluff level and it’s hands down the best pillow I’ve ever had!

Love the cooling feature, however the pillow is too flat for me. When we bought our bed we got pillows with it. The pillows that come with the bed is what I thought I bought.
