The pillows I purchased were not up to standard good sleeping pillow. It does not support my head or neck, the pillow should be filled with the same material but a lot more of that filling it my support the head and neck a lot better. I had to use along with another pillow to bring it to the right height in order to support my head and neck. Also the pillow keeps coming out of the pillowcase had to use pins to close the opening so the pillow would stay in maybe us a less slippery material. I believe the problems could be rectified to make a great pillow.

I have at least 10 pillows and I hate them all. I woke up one morning to a Nectar infomercial and thought “I guess I should try these pillows. ” Buy one, get one free kind of sold me. I have finally found pillows that support my neck and head! FINALLY!!!!

These are not the pillows I thought I was getting but I do like them. As far as cooling I don't think they cool that much but they are comfortable.

Too big and bulky

The description for the pillows said they could be firm or soft. That wasn't exactly true. When I unZipped the expander, they were still huge. I couldn't sleep on them. They are now in a closet. Might be good to prop up and read in bed, but not for sleeping.
