I didn’t expect the pillow to be so flat, it feels flat like an old pillow, the cooling aspect does work , but not for a long period of time

Super comfortable. Very happy with the way they sleep. Had to minus a star because the pillow shell is so slick that the pillow cases slide off too easily during the night

I FINALLY found my forever pillow!

I have a cervical fusion and have struggled to find a comfortable pillow for years. This tri-comfort cooling pillow is easy to configure it's firmness and helps me sleep comfortably through the night! (I actually bought two more after my first purchase!) This is my forever pillow!

Very comfortable pillow

I have slept on this pillow for at least a month now. It is slightly pillowy but maintains firmness throughout the night. I am a side sleeper, and it will take the shape around my shoulder. My neck feels supported and my head doesn't cook. Just fluff the thing up and it goes right back to fluffy shape. (I kept both zippers zipped. )
