Product has not showed up yet. Took 5 hours off work and delivery came and left while I was using the washroom. They never even rang the doorbell. Just called in a two minute window and left. Suggest a protocol to at least ring the doorbell.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible quality

The stove top stopped turning on after 11 months. The part was on back order, right through Christmas when I needed it so finally a month later they sent a new stove and right out of the box it would not turn on. Not the quality I expect from kitchenaid. They don’t know how to make induction stoves. I just want my money back now.
