The HP All-in-One was super easy to set up, it automatically copied all of my settings and favorites, including passwords from my old system so I was up and running with the new computer in no time.
In 2014 I bought a 23-inch HP All-in-One desktop. After 10 years of daily use, I bought a 2024 model as I wanted a faster one, but the 2014 model still works as great as it did when new. The new model is extremely fast and I am very happy with it. I have confidence that it too will work great for 10 years and still be going strong.
The computer works as it should. The only problem is the keyboard. The volume keys didn't work until I got a workaround from support. A working keyboard should come with a new computer.
The desk top is much better then a laptop, and all is well , but i was a little disappointed that the "all in one included" a Cheap crappy mouse and a key board that was just as bad, so I had to have them replaced at my expense?
Very easy to set up. Like everything about it, from the ease of moving the screen to fit my needs to the ease of access to what I am looking for. Very fast from signing on to multi-tasking. So far very pleased. However, I will need to give it over 6 months to be convinced that it is good for the long term. My last HP all-in one only lasted 6 months. This one is superior to my last HP. Will check back in 7 months. But so far so good!! Mike M.

Getting through the series of different departments was very difficult and challenging for a disabled person as myself. I really cried when repeating my information about the computer over and over again.
