We have had our computer 3 weeks now and have had no issue. My wife uses it mostly and says that it's been doing great. This is our second HP all in one computer and we love them. We would definitely recommend HP.
Setup was easy. Sound is pretty decent. System seems decently fast for my use, definitely faster than my 10 year old PC but I'm not a gamer. I miss the touch screen on my old PC but I didn't want to spend the extra money for the touch screen. The included wired mouse and keyboard are chintzy. For a machine costing this much HP should include a wireless mouse and better (bigger) keyboard. That would use one of the four existing USB ports but a USB hub is inexpensive to purchase if additional USB ports are needed.
I had an HP computer since 2006 and loved the reliability, performance, and capabilities that it provided. I still use that older Windows 7 device for odd tasks but am enamored with the new Windows 11 HP 24-cr1085t computer. For the price, it's hard to beat for the features it provides and the reputation and support that I know will carry me into the years ahead.
The computer did a transfer of data and preferences from one computer to the another using one drive. A lot of things got very scrambled. None of my apps work. Data is missing. Been 3 weeks and still cannot use. No help from hp.
I am replacing my laptop. This new computer is not saving my old files on its hard drive storage. Instead, it is asking for more OneDrive space. I feel deceived!
