[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this phone for 5 months now and I have to say that the flow of use is excellent, the customization is excellent and AI update has really been a good addition to the device, I would only improve battery life, but other than that this is perfect!

Best foldable and most convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size and folding not only is convenient but it's such a nostalgic feeling of when I used to have my old flip phones back in the day. The prop up is so useful when watching videos, taking photos and just folding it to listen to music. The cover screen I use much more than I expected. Super easy to get stuff done with one hand use and the music player is a throw back feeling of having an mp3 player.
Galaxy AI has been awesome! I use that almoat daily. Love it!

Battery life could be better, but with super fast charging I almost don't care.
Kinda wish it had expandable sd storage.
Wish it had Dex.
Still 5 stars tho 😁

Nice but not durable with everyday use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do enjoy my flip 5, my biggest flaw is probably less durable than my flip 4. The only problem I had with the 4 was the hinge snapped after dropping it while closed. The flip 5 has far less, the hinge is wearing out way faster than the 4 to were it opens slightly when holding it face down closed. Not to mention the face of the screen when open is cracked and bending near the earphone holes on top just from basic opening and closing. I have a case on it and have yet to drop this phone in the time I have owned it. It also heats up in the car very quickly if you are running multiple apps at once. I do enjoy the phone but it has tons to improve on to be considered perfect.
