Awesomely Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Z Flip 5 for every day things and more. I bought it for the convenience of being able to put t in my pocket but got so much more. The outer screen is so much easy to check on information, Time, temp, calendar, battery, make calls, check alarms,. Not much you cant do from here. I check my alarms from that screen answer and make calls. You can even use the camera which makes it so much better by setting it up folded. Just being able to use it folded makes it worth the purchase.
Open and folded in fold mode it is like having a little laptop because it has a touchpad mode also.
It is a little heavy with the cover I chose but it is completely protected and worth the little bit more.
Pretty sure I will never go back to a phone that doesn't flip.

Less than 2 months too many problems with calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone more for calls and messages. and since I have had this phone (less than 2 months) I have had a lot of problems with calls. After a few minutes they no longer hear me and interference is heard.

Flip to the Future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my samsung galaxy Z flip 5 for email, social media, real estate related job functions pertinent to my job, phone calls, texting, checking the weather and other internet related searches, and keeping up with the news and sports.
I love the size when folded, it slips perfectly in and out of my pockets. The ability to answer the phone and utilize other functions from the cover screen affords additional protection for the mail phone screen. Battery life is good, and quality of calls, especially on speakerphone make it easy to talk with phone laying down. Flipping up halfway if also good for talking, picture taking. The weight is just right, and cases secure it even more. Great product.

Great Screen Protection, Cool Form

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for mostly every day use, scrolling social media, streaming tv and music, a few mobile games. The battery life has been much improved since the Flip3, which was my last phone. The phone, by design, is very impact resistant. I put a case on mine and with the fold, drops are no longer a serious worry about damaging my screen. The camera is excellent, having it half flipped for selfie mode is so useful. Screen picture is good, but the built in screen protector does collect a lot of fingerprint smudges. The hinge on the screen is much less noticeable this go-around, and it feels much more secure when it is both open and closed. The flip is still a bit of a statement piece, and overall I'm not sure if I can go back to the traditional phone, the durability of having the screen protected is just too good to give up. I really like the new front screen, but the increased surface area does increase the risk of cracks and damage.
Overall, love the phone, and very happy with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always loved samsung, but the new Z Flip 5 is a stand out in innovation. It has completely elevated the way I take pictures with the use of the front screen. I love showing off the phone to friends and family as an excuse to snap a picture together. In addition the front screen helps me limit my screen time, as I am able to see and respond to notifications without even opening my phone. This device made me excited about technology in a way that I haven't been in a long time, and it's great to see that there is still a company that is choosing constant invocation over stagnation.

Best phone I've ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for work and personal use. It performs beautifully and seamlessly. It's super-fast, has a fantastic camera, and is easy to navigate. I love the large outside display. And it fits in my pocket easily! It's highly customizable, as are all Samsungs. My only criticism is that the battery life could be better, but I understand that is a function of the small size it must be for the battery to fit in one side of the phone. It's hands-down the best phone I've ever had, which has been true of each flip I've used (this is my third flip). I will never go back to a non-folding phone.
