[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a phone that is small enough to carry with me and then large enough to open and have full size use is amazing. Samsung has nailed what features are needed to conduct business on a phone and yet still allow the user to customize it to their exact needs. A truly outstanding phone.

I LOVE this phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was intrigued by the idea of a "flip" phone that was also a smart phone. There's something about that click snap sound when I close it.
The perfect little square shape is great. It's small so it fits almost anywhere but the screen is big when I flip it open.
All the things I can do without flipping it open are great. I can answer calls or texts, check the weather, see my calendar and even make phone calls. The best thing is being able to do all that without having to open the phone.
The camera takes beautiful pictures and videos that are crystal clear and sharp.
I can switch between apps fast. All I have to do is touch an icon and BAM, there it is, lightning fast!
Overall I am so pleased with this phone and I'm having a lot of fun using it. To me it's better than a run of the mill smartphone and I never want to go back!

Nice phone, better than I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the ZFlip5 after a long run of having the S-Series phones. I was due for an upgrade from my provider and figured I'd go for it and try it out. I was a bit nervous about the bending screen (years of having solid phones made it strange to bend a phone) but its been amazing. I did have an issue with the included screen protector peeling at the bottom, but that was my own fault.
There is a noticeable difference in screen responsiveness around the flexible portion of the screen. There is sometimes a lag when swiping over the area but overall I'm pleasantly surprised.
I don't tend to take too many pictures so I can't attest to the professional quality of the cameras but I haven't noticed any issues regarding the quality.
The cover screen has been a godsend. It makes it easy to do a quick check of notifications without needing to open the phone. It also allows me to do a quick make-up check on the rare days that I do wear any.
I've only had the phone for about 2 months so I can't tell you anything about the longevity of the device and how the screen and hinge system hold up over repeated wear and tear. I will say that the hinge feels a bit more loose than when I received the phone, but that may be because the hinge is no longer new and has been used. It doesn't fling open randomly or anything like that and I do need to put a little 'oomph' behind opening it which is much preferable to the alternative.
Overall, I would recommend this phone to someone.

2. Smaller screen with your own customized app list give you much convenience to access or respond without even opening the full screen which leads to much less disturbance and distraction.
