Great phone if you're tired of carrying a brick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third version of flip phone I have owned. It has all the features of other premium phones. Display is great,the crease is a non issue after a couple of minutes. The size is the biggest selling point for me. Fits in any pocket with ease. Also the hinge makes it great for taking pics. Camera is not as good as some other phones but plenty for my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a die hard Samsung phone user. We don't talk about those other phones. I have used the the galaxy line for years, starting with the S 4 all the way to the S 21+. Going to the gym carring that big phone around was not fun so I switched to the ZFlip4 and instantly knew I was not going back. So when the 5 was announced I knew I would be upgrading and I did. Pre ordered a d picked up on release day. And I could not be happier. Every thing is better from the top screen to the feel of the phone when you close it. Watching videos while the phone is closed is awesome. Taking pictures with groups is easy as having a photographer with you. Of course the camera is not as powerful as other models but the versatility of the phone when taking pictures mitigates that. The screen is sharp on both and responsive. It is a great upgrade for sure and I'm happy I did. I would say the only draw back I see is the charging time is slower on my wireless charging station. I never used wireless charging until I got this phone but it is slow compared to my S21 ultra. Great phone Samsung fits in my pocket and does all the things I need it to do.

This product has great built in speakers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to bring along external speakers to play music, but the speakers built into this phone has the best speaker quality I do not need external speakers, I just go to my music library and play!!
I am a hospice nurse, and find music is a common source of peace for many of my patients, now I can just choose something they like and we enjoy together, sometimes even sing together!

Best phone I've owned! And I've owned alot of them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hinge quality from the previous series to this one is so much better. The phone has a very sleek look, extremely light feel, and the exterior screen is THE GAMECHANGER!!
I switched from A**LE to SAMSUNG over 10 years ago and have never, and will never go back. Samsung is so far superior to any competitor, it's not even close guys.
Keep up the good work and state of the art innovation, and I'll continue being a customer for life!!

Great update from the 4th edition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the ZFlip4 for a year before I decided to move on to this one, and there are actually more upgrades than just the bigger screen when the phone is closed. For one the indent of where the screen folds is less noticeable and you don't feel it as much as you did the old version. While I did have my old one for a year, I remembered straight off the box that the indent was noticeable, specially when watching shows. So I was very happy about this new version having a such a big upgrade on that! The camera quality is better but still not the best compared to other Samsung phones. The bigger screen when the phone is flipped doesn't actually have more things to do than the one in version 4, though. That's why I knocked off a star. I wish that I was able to do more but it's just a bigger screen for a cooler background in my opinion. Still happy I made the upgrade though ! We shall see how good the screen protector lasts in this version.
