[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still getting used to it, like going back in time to the old flip phones. I had hoped for longer battery life and I'm afraid to carry it in my back pocket due to the thickness and fragile nature of it. Still working on using the outside screen but I will get there. Only unnerving thing is that it is a little weird scrolling over the hinge of the screen. All in all it seems like it will be a winner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m an old iPhone user so the android is kinda hard to get used to. The zflip5 is hard to open and I don’t get notifications or messages on the front screen. So I’m not really loving it, sorry.

Strong and flexible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone, it's easy to carry around and I've used it quite alot. It even fits in my shirt pocket. I'm a clumsy person, so I'm glad to see it's pretty strong too. I've dropped it almost every other week and I have maybe some fine scratches to show for it. The worst was when I dropped it on some rocks while talking and it's still good! I did Mess up the hinge when i first got it, but it was resolved super quickly and I had it fixed for free! They even sent me a box so I could drop it off for fixing, and kept me update through the process.
Overall it's been an amazing customer service experience. That's not even mentioning how nice the phone runs too. It can even connect to other samsung devices I didn't even think about, like my fridge and dryer. I can also run plenty of games that used to heat up my old phone without any problem too.

Compact, convenient Flip5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always hated carrying my previous clunky smart phone, my new Flip 5 has the compactness of a flip phone and all the features of a smartphone. Really like the convenient biometric incorporated on the on/off button versus on the screen as well.
