Overall Pretty Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is nice and unique. No one makes flips yet. The Android is to get used to it and no lugging. The phone does not freeze at all.
CONS: the battery dies pretty quick. I had iphone 12 before and battery is very weak compared to this. It's not a big problem I don't use much but it can be to some people. Samsung has speaker issues. I am not sure if it's the speaker or the microphone 100% but when you call people they cannot hear you well. I call to relative of mine having exact same phone I have to pay 100% attention to understand the words. They have to definitely work on their microphones/speakers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone!! It gets a lot of attention when I pull it out, flip it open. It looks good, compact and convenient. I can check weather, texts without opening....Bixby is my fiesty personal assistant. Pictures are amazing...I love to prop it up and takes pic on timer. On lunch break at work, I watch YouTube videos all my coworkers love this device!!!!

It's great for both love the flip style because it's perfect size to fit in any pocket and it's not all lumpy like big phones. I love everything about the flip5 will definitely be upgrading when I need a new phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everytime I open my Samsung ZFlip 5 I feel the world open up too. I use it for everything; my music listening, video streaming, gaming, reading or listening to a story. It's a great help how small it becomes sense it folds in half, very easy to put in my pocket too. This is my favorite phone & one phone that I never knew how much better in functionality it would be for me because my grip is so much better because if it's size so it helps with less drops & damages to it.
