Much improved and worth the jump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I utilize my Flip 5 for everyday and some light work use. Samsung UI is intuitive and has new features added every release. The flip makes watching YouTube, taking family pics and actually being IN the pics, and other advantages of the folding design easy. The larger screen has been very nice and takes advantage of previously unused real-estate on versions 1-4. I feel they have made good strides in minimizing the crease, although it is still there. The fold flat ability on this version is also nice. I love the smaller form factor and even though larger phones with nice screens are cool to have, I'll just use a tablet if I REALLY want or need a bigger screen. The flip is the best of both worlds - smaller form factor for a smaller pocket footprint and the ability to be the average sized candy bar style phone for most tasks and use. I hope future versions only build on this latest big step in yhe right direction.

To close or not to close

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's simply a joy to aggressively close the phone and hang up like we use to in the hey day or flip phones. The deciding factor for loving this phone is the ability to use it without opening it. Sometimes it's nice to just quickly respond to a text, use the GPS, or change the song without even needing to open the device.
