Very Frustrating

Love the look of the phone and flip is great but software is very frustrating. Help desk are hopeless 😔 issues with temporary mute. Issues with email. Certain saved samsung old ringtone etc won't work on new phone even after downloading. I like the feel of the phone. The flip thus far is great. I'm a long time samsung user and this is the first time I'm disappointed with my upgrade. I'd still be with my A8 2018 but it ran out of space even with a 132GB SD card for all my photos etc but apps took up too much space. This flip5 is huge 512GB so that is not an issue. I feel that integration with some previous apps I used now pose problems so it is a software problem not a hardware problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality.

I had this phone for 10 months when it shut down due to broken hinges which were no fault of mine. Samsung repaired it, I have had it back 2 months and it's done it again. Will never own a flip again.

Loved my flip 4 and when I saw the size of the new outside screen I had to buy it. It makes life so easy being able to see at a glance, to do so much

My first flip phone and I love it

I got flip 5 and my wife got fold 5. They are our first foldable phones. My main point in moving to foldable was a carrying size. Generally happy. Battery lasts for 2 days for me, but I’m not a heavy user. Simplicity over fold 5 is too obvious. Cameras, tech are more advanced on fold. It doesn’t too matter to me. Would love to have more options to use external screen. Therefore 4 stars. Hope to get this option in a future updates. Apart of it it’s a great device if carrying size is most valuable point for you. For advanced and tech users (as I used to be) I would advise go to fold 5. This one is a cool gadget to have and use.

Compact design and Premium Feature

I've bought this during the launch and I am amazed by looks, features, customisation, etc.
I always wanted to buy a flip phone since I was kid (Moto Razr - V3i era) and this has not disappointed me. Looks, Features, smoothness, etc everything is awesome here. Go for it without hesitation.

Doesn't have access to Expert RAW yet, which i'm eagerly waiting for. Before this flip phone I would've picked the OPPO one.
Honestly the most capable phone I have had yet.

I purchase my flip in September 2023 and do not regret my purchase. Apart from taking fantastic photos I love the fact that it flips closed to half the size and fits in my smaller handbags or comfortably in my pocke
