When we purchased the pillow, they didn’t tell us that the next day the pillow was gonna be on sale for a lot less than full price and they also didn’t tell us that the price was different than another pillow. I had picked until I got to the register very unhappy with my purchase there.

Smell that never goes away

Nice pillow, cooling as advertised, but the pillow itself smells like dirty clothes. I washed the cover, added another allergy cover and a pillowcase, but it still smelled so strongly, I threw the pillow away.
Also, I was told when I purchased it that it was returnable. That is not true. You can only return it if you haven’t taken it out of the air tight bag. Very misleading
