This pillow has just the right amount of squish and support. I'm a back and side sleeper and my neck is often stiff on waking up. This pillow has reduced that ache significantly.

I love it! It is so cool for the head. I thought about getting the whole Hybrid snow mattress but I easily get too cold so I thought about getting just the pillow. Its so refreshing to have something cool on my bed to sooth me if I get too hot at night. Its just the right amount for me. Its like turning your pillow over to the other side and still have that cool effect.

Has no Guarantee at all. Cost more than it is worth. Does not cool as advertised. Does not hold up well & I've only had for about one month or less. Big mistake.
