DO NOT BUY ONLINE

I purchased this pillow online, it comes in a small box and vacuum sealed packaging. If you open the packaging and don’t like the pillow Casper WILL NOT allow you to return it. This is one of the most customer unfriendly policies I have ever come across.
If you are interested in this pillow DO NOT BUY ONLINE.

I have used the pillow for 3 weeks, and I am looking for a different pillow. I spent days doing careful research before deciding to purchase this pillow. I knew there was no trial period, but I trusted what I read and it sounded like just what I wanted. The pillow's uncompressed loft reaches about 5.5 inches in the middle of the pillow, but the majority of the pillow's loft is around 4 inches. When I lay on it, the entire pillow goes flat. I can feel my head at most an inch from the bed/bottom of the pillow. There is no support. I lay on my side and my face falls forward into the pillow and I wake up with my face in the pillow. I wake up with neck pain, shoulder pain, and a congested head. The smell was horrible. It took a week of taking the pillowcase off the pillow and placing the pillow in front of an open window to make the smell tolerable. Just within the last few days (2.5 weeks later) has the smell become tolerable. The snow technology worked extremely well night one, but has been unnoticeable since then. Even with the pillowcase off, there is only a very slight feeling of cool when I touch the pillow.

Pillow hurts neck

It’s sad you cannot return these pillows. Spent a lot of money on this and it hurts my neck so bad I can’t even use it. I really had high hopes for this pillow. I was hoping to try the original pillow but. Afraid to dish out more money.

I purchased a standard and a king pillow. I use the king for a body pillow. I sleep very warm so these pillows are a godsend! I finally have restful sleep because these pillows are so cool to the touch. I will flip them usually once during the night. I love them so much they travel with me!

This pillow hands down is the finest and most supportive pillow l have ever found. Alina recommended it to me and I will never use another pillow again. I bought a second one to travel with so that I get perfect support and sleep during my business trips. I have recommended it to many especially those with cervical spine issues like me. I give it a 10 out of 10! Thank you for this and all of your wonderful bedding products. Mattresses are amazing also. Best bang for the buck on the market without question. The Rosemary Square store and Miss Alina are second to none. Highly recommended!
