Waiting for a credit to

Waiting for a credit to be issued to new credit card. The original credit card I used to purchase the mattress was compromised & the credit must go to the new card number. I have called the store several times & was told they would call me back this past Monday but no call. I am very frustrated with this situation & would like for Casper to get it resolved for me.

Love this pillow! It is indeed cooling to the touch. My husband really loves it - the loft is a little high for me but still a great pillow.
