Very high loft and too hard for my liking. It was suggested that this is a good pillow for a back sleeper, but it was not comfortable at all. I had to return the item.

Love it. I mostly sleep on a side but sometimes on my back or stomach. It seems to mold perfectly to any position I am in. It doesn’t get flat or need to be puffed and it’s not so full that it’s in the way when my head is turned to the side.
