It is so flat, I need another pillow under it now! Just bought 2 weeks ago and can’t believe how flat it is - testing it out at the store was so much fuller. Wish I could return, it is much too expensive to be so poor of support. The cooling though is excellent.

I think it’s very comfortable and definitely has a cooling factor. But I want it to be more of a true hybrid and be more smooshy like the original Casper pillow. I will keep them but will probably go back to my original Casper pillows.

Best pillow ever for hot sleepers… Please don’t ever stop making it! Do not get me wrong… You should probably never need to replace yours… But my husband has very oily skin and it gets stains… So I give him my old one and get a new one for myself when necessary.

Try before you buy is outstanding and much appreciated. Unfortunately the pillow didn’t work for me. I have C-spine issues and it’s hard to find pillows.
