No so good!

The 3rd rack addition is not very useful. We have to lower the middle rack for taller glasses to clear the 3rd rack and because the middle rack is lowered then ther are items in the bottom rack now hits the second rack spinning bar. Will probably remove the 3rd rack to move the middle rack back up higher.

Extremely impressed with how clean and spot free the glasses are. I like the adjustable middle shelf and the top shelf for smaller/flatter utensils.

Well designed layout and love the bottle washers. Would love a slightly larger silver ware tray on top, but the appliance is quiet and does a great job cleaning dishes
