It's FINE. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get.

It looks good for Stainless Steel. It is very quiet. The bottom rack does not slide in smoothly when it is get to the half loaded stage, and not because it is loaded unevenly, the track wheels are too small.

Looks good but need improvement

I have this dishwasher installed 1 week ago. The stainless steel fingerprint door looks great, but the door does not closed all the way until you pushed it hard. Hopefully, the door will not cause a problem in the future. The pdt75sycfs is not as quit as expected. It would be nice to have a rinse feature option for the dishes. After the dishwasher was installed, I noticed water settled inside the bottom of the dishwasher which was cause from water draining back from my kitchen sink. A person from GE came to inspect the problem and noticed that the water out drainage hose should be installed with a bracket to holdup the hose upward towards the top to prevent water from flowing back into the dishwasher from the bottom of the sink drainage pipe. GE should have a volve that let water out only and a block at the end to prevent the water from flowing back into the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there - thanks for providing such detailed feedback on your recent dishwasher installation. It’s great to hear that you’re enjoying the appearance and quiet performance of your new model, although we’re sorry to learn of the issues you’ve experienced. Regarding the door not closing fully, it's not uncommon for a new door gasket to require a few wash cycles to properly seat. Please check that the control panel isn't hitting the adjacent cabinet and consider repositioning the dishwasher to avoid any contact. For further assistance with this issue, you can refer to this helpful article: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38903 -- We're pleased to hear that our service team could address the water drainage problem, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any additional concerns or questions in the future, please feel free to reach out - we’re happy to help. Warm regards. Lauren@GEAppliances

Cleans, disinfects, and is so quiet! You don’t even know it’s on. Smudge-proof outside and sleek style add to the elegance of any kitchen. Since the operating touch panel is on the top of the door, little and big fingers cannot accidentally mess up your settings. The light indicates whether the dishes are clean or dirty so there is no need to use a clean or dirty sign. In other words…buy THIS one!

Good, except for rollers.

Generally a good dishwasher, once you figure out how to operate it. It does not clean cereal or soup bowls well, as I've placed them in different places and food still stays in the bowl. Biggest problem, however is with the lower rack -- one of the rollers keeps coming off and the rack and you have to lift the rack out and re-attach the rollers. Still trying to contact GE to complain.

We hate to hear that your new dishwasher’s door was broken from the start, and that you’ve been unimpressed with the spray arm because it’s hitting your plates. We suggest taking a look at the loading tips starting on page 13 of your use and care manual, linked below, for tips to help get the most out of your dishwasher’s interior space.

We want to help with your broken door, and we suggest having it diagnosed by one of our qualified technicians. You can schedule service by calling 1-800-432-2737 or by going to https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm.

We hate to hear that your dishwasher stopped working unexpectedly, as this is not something we want or expect to hear. However, we’re glad you were able to get an appointment scheduled with a qualified technician, and we’re confident that they’ll be able to get these issues resolved.
