Design Flaw

The dishwasher is quiet and works well. The only issue is the wheels on the front of the bottom rack keep falling off. The wheel carrier assembly doesn't transition from the tub to the door properly when rolling the bottom rack out. This happens with and without dishes loaded. When dishes are loaded and the wheels fall off, all of the dishes must be removed to be able to reinstall the wheels.

Super quiet washer loaded with extra features. Washer actually gets your dishes dry, compared to our other LG brand that left dishes still wet. This washer is super quite and we can watch TV in next room and can’t hear it run.

Amazingly quiet!! Plenty of space and the ability to make adjustments for larger dishes. Easy to run. Dishes come out very clean! Only one negative comment ... occasionally the silverware basket catches on the gasket as I push in the lower shelf.
