The store is great, the products are awesome. The quality of the watch, scale and the dufflebag is very good. Would recommend them for anyone consider having reliable smartwatch and scale.

feels great... just some gripes.

the watch is incredibly build and feels better on my wrist than my old Suntto 7. my only gripes are with software. the heartrate sensor is pretty far off from my measurement's, by as much as 15 bpm, and something I would love is the ability to control media playing on you phone from the watch, it says it can but it does not appear to be working, I get the Spotify notification but cannot interreact with it. really it should just be built into the music app or a media control app should be made for it.

A Trend Setter of Premiumness

Excellent built quality. I loved the fact that Amazfit didn't trade off any quality material for price issue. The unibody titanium & sapphire glass are just so mind blowing and elegant. Pls keep continuing this trend and set a industry standard. People will not care about price if built quality is premium.
However, there are 3 major improvement areas:
1. The distance measured with GPS varied around 200 meter less for a 10km run when compared to Garmin Fenix.
2. Can't find any altimeter yet. This is so important feature for a sports watch.
3. Pls ship the watch with a protective casing. It's too beautiful to be scratched off during work out. Can't find a third party casing yet.

Incredibly accurate GPS and industry leading waterproofing and hardware materials.
The software has a few steps to take but I really like the coaching features and that makes this a much better buy than most other competitors.

Brillient watch for those who like real watches.

I loved this watch. I am a fan of analog watches & this one looks & feels like a high end watch. Great feel on the wrist & it can be dressed up or down. The liquid silicone band is the best feeling band I have had on any watch. Soft & light & the texture is very nice. The display is sharp & bright & there are quite a few new dials available through the Zepp app. It's feature set should satisfy most adventurers & fitness fans.

Top Harware, poor Software

For a premium product, sleep detection should be correct. Sleep correctness is measured first by detecting when sleep starts and ends.
If you display Awake periods as being part of your total sleep, this is obviously incorrect. Using the shift worker sleep algorithm, an immediate indication of how many hours you actually slept in the day is visble without the user having to calculate the total sleep (your software calculated) minus the awake time. An absolute 0/5 for sleep indication, because you did not pass the very first hurdle, when is the user awake?
Heart rate meaurement. Minimum measurement period, 1 minute. 1/5
Map integration on navigation is not difficult in terms of software development. The watch has the capacity and power to perform map display, yet they have chosen not to use it.
As a premium watch, I expect these software features to improve over time. If not, Amazfit is just another company, looking to sell the next product without improving their best watch features with upgrades.

It was excellent. I owned a Garmin; however, I love this watch more. It is more comfortable on my wrist and I like the look much better than my Garmin.

So far it has been great. Only thing is sometimes it takes about a quarter mile to figure out that I am walking. If I remember I start it manually.
