LACKS A LOT

FIRST OF ALL, THIS WATCH'S MANUAL SUCKS BIG TIME, ITS SO VAGUE, UNCLEAR AND INSUFFICIENT THAT YOU NEED GOOGLE AND YOUTUBE TO SEARCH FOR ANSWERS.
SECOND OF ALL, HOW CAN YOU CALL IT A MILITARY GRADE NAVIGATION WATCH IF YOU CANT INPUT COORDINATES FOR A SPECIFIC LOCATION INTO IT, NO SIGHT'N GO FEATURE, NO LOW, HIGH TIDE INFO, IMPORTANT FOR FREEDIVERS

I have numerous Amazfit watches and bands 5 & 7. I have used primarily the Bip 3 Pro and am quite pleased with it. But reading reviews, etc. I was drawn to the Bip 5 (and also the GTS 4 Mini). Had problem setting up Alexa. Contacted tech support via email and got a wonderful and personable response. Problem fixed!

Fragile Watch - Garbage Warranty

I'm 50 years old & have never owned a watch where the PINS that hold the watch band are actually STRONGER than the body of the watch. In the case of the Bip 5, that's clearly the issue.
The warranty center says this isn't covered.
This is garbage... I liked the watch, but jeeze... what did they make it out of? Recycled Soda Bottles?

Great watch, long battery life, cheaper than big brands

Amazfit watches work with Android or iPhone devices. I have the Android phone. Zepp app is required for the watch to operate and synchronize with the phone. I recently upgraded to the Bip 5 from the Bip U pro for more features like Bluetooth calling, pre-written message response to messages, apps and more. A slight wrinkle in my rating is the lack of a simple compass on the 5 which came on the U Pro, though there was a navigation app which requires the user to download another app on the phone (really?!) Otherwise, these are great products, long battery life, and much less expensive alternative to Samsung Galaxy Watches, Apple iWatches, etc.

I wanted a smartwatch that had some health features but most of all would notify me of all my notifications from texts, emails, Blink camera, alarms, reminders, and events. The Bip 5 has been perfect at all of these. It also let's me answer and make phone calls directly from the watch. It does everything I want at a fraction of the price of other brands. Excellent price and excellent product.
