Great Dryer

Thoroughly not impressed.

For starters, everything comes out of this dryer slightly damp. You cannot use the sensor or normal load to get anything thoroughly dry. I've tested it with normal size loads small loads and oversized loads. Every single one comes out slightly damp. Yes my vent is clean and the dryer duct is thoroughly pumping outside. I even ran a blockage check and it came back that everything was good. This happened the very first load it ever dried and everyone since then.
The other big complaint is how easy it is to scratch the surface of the dryer. I have a cardboard box of [redacted] dryer sheets that sits on top of the dryer. That cardboard box has scratched the metal surface quite thoroughly.
What cheap paint did Samsung use to allow cardboard to scratch it? I would also like to point out that I find it odd that this dryer is called a top loader when clearly it loads in the front. I attached a picture directly from their website to show what I mean. I also noticed a large majority of depositive reviews are "incentive reviews" take a note that mine is not. And then most of the negative ones are not.

Love how fast it dries the cloths.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer dries our cloths in half the time of our old dryer which saves money. Love the pet feature as we have a cat and a dog. The cat leaves hair everywhere. Haven't tried the steam yet but should come in handy. The size is great since my wife washes our King size comforter so now she can get it dry easier.

My other washer and dryer was also Samsung, 0 issues with those also they’re 8 years old but due to moving I had to sale them, how ever this lead me to buy the pet care washer and dryer wow totally amazing super happy with this purchase!!!
