Low profile, lots of ports, worked as expected

Was looking for a reasonably priced dock that would support two monitors, with enough of USB-C and USB-A ports to service old and new peripherals and not pull out of the ports on the MacBook Air. The Dual Dock stand fit the bill for ports and power though the monitor set-up was a little fiddly with the Air monitor controls. Have not had any issues and has helped keep my home set-up clean and tidy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Could use some Improvements

Mainly the biggest issue is with the ability to slide the two USB-C connectors out of their sleeve, I understand the purpose. However when tying to just unplug the laptop to take it with me everyday it is an inconvenience (not a big one) as the sleeve pulls off the connectors then I need to unplug them individually. I would recommend Satechi adding some type of lock switch to them to hold the connectors in the sleeve or to unlock them so you can use them individually.all in all a good product though.

Great accessory

This is an awesome addition to my Mac Book Pro M4 set up w/external Monitor. It works great. With the NVMe SSD Enclosure I was able to add an external drive and eliminated my external drive that I had attached via USB.
I would recommend this to a friend!

One of the USB-C ports stopped working recently, and I'm working with Satechi support. Unfortunately, they are not very responsive, so I'd probably have to stay away from this company in the future.
