Sounds like a vacuum cleaner in the next room

I received the Benq HT3560/W2710 to replace my Optoma UHD60.
Everything looks better, the contrast is making the image pop way more, it's adding details, HDR is even viable! It was impossible for me to watch HDR content on the Optoma UHD60, it was too dim.
However, there is a big problem, the whooshing fan noise is awful, it sounds like someone is using a vacuum cleaner in the next room.
My base room noise level is between 10 and 14dB. Seating below the projector (5ft below), I'm getting 30-32dB. I barely see a difference between Eco mode and Normal mode.
The Optoma UHD60 had a small whooshing sound but you could especially hear the buzzing color wheel. However, it was not annoying as much.
When soundtrack is playing I would forget about the noise but each time during a dialogue scene, it would be impossible to ignore.
To put into perspective, after 3h of use, when I turned it off, I had a sensation of relief like my head could relax. 6 years are separating those two models, I did not expect to have this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
