Nice finished product but a couple of steps during build were hard

The finished product is study and feels well made. That is because everything gets screwed together. However, during building, a couple of steps were difficult due to poor quality materials.
The cam lock nuts are terrible. They barely hold the cam lock screws in place making them basically useless.

Broken piece but a beautiful TV stand

So we can't exactly finish putting our product together due to some broken pieces in the box but we would love to be able to resolve this and get sent some new pieces to finish this beautiful TV stand if possible then we would be at 5 stars.
