Great product - we are very happy with it!

Recently purchased the Classic True HEPA Air product for our main living area to help minimize lingering cooking odors and it has helped quite a bit with that! We've just been letting it run on low for the past week or so and the air is noticeably cleaner. I wish the unit was a little smaller in size, but it does work very well.

Colors and Confusion.

I’ve had this model for two weeks and the light has never turned blue. It stays at yellow and red.
The size is larger for room capacity than the instructions dictated for the space.
I have another unit and out both of them in the same room and they had different color light reads, one was green, the other yellow.
I called for technical support and he just said to keep it and the light color will eventually change to blue. But it hasn’t. On either model.

I have had the unit less than a month. within 20 minutes of turning it on, the big light turns yellow/orange…it does not go off, but runs on high for hours..have cleaned side sensor space multiple times..very concerned

Super happy with my purchase!

Super happy with my purchase! I leave it on auto, and I love that it kicks on higher as needed. I also love the sleek, mid-century modern look with the light wood that I got. We had to run it for a few weeks to really cut down on the pet smell, but I can definitely tell it's helping.

Arrived very fast. It is very quiet compared to our old one. It has greatly reduced our dust and has helped my severe allergies. So easy to use!! Opened and in just a few minutes filter was put in and working like a charm!!

I have had the classic unit for 5 years and it is wonderful. The filters last me roughly 15 months a piece as I run the machine on auto 24/7. The unit operates just as good as it did on day 1. I clean the sensor every 4 months, and when I replace the filter it runs on high for about 6-8 hours as it cleans roughly 1/3 of the floor print of my home. The “dirty” air takes time to be cleaned, and then it’s back down to the low setting on auto. I use two units with one in each area of my home as the bed rooms are on opposite ends of the home.

One of the Best things I have ever Purchased.

I had been looking at air filters/purifiers for many years and was never really convinced of the claims made or they just looked cheap.
Well my wife said one day that she would like an air purifier her to help with her allergies. I started seriously looking on the web and found Alen purifiers. I thought the price was a little high until I really dug into most of the major manufacturers, also I had saved all that money for years by not buying a cheap model.
I was honestly surprised that all of the claims made by Alen were TRUE. My wife and I are thrilled that these machines can make such a big difference in how you feel, how the dust in the house is nonexistent. When she cleans the floors most every day because of our little rat terrier sheds a bit, she can't get over how little the vac picks up.
I have never been more pleased with a purchase of this size. We bought 3 units one for up & down stairs & the MBR. Both of us noticed how the air is so clean at times it has a faint sweet smell, makes me want to buy stock in the company.
Another great thing is the units are so well packaged to protect them, I've never seen anything like it. Alen even took care in the design of the box it comes in, it's made to be super easy to remove the unit without that annoying suction one gets removing items from a cardboard box. We purchased the Breath Smart Classic.
WE ABSOLUTLY LOVE THESE. Wish I had bought these years ago. There are still truly honest companies.
