Always red

I have ran it for over a week straight in an area smaller than what it is rated for and it still shows red for air quality. It is in an area with all tile and we vacuum and mop every single day. Either the air sensor is faulty or it just doesnt work. Either way I will be requesting a return within the next week or so.

Hi Brandon! I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your BreatheSmart! It's perfectly normal for the unit to be on red or orange after a week. Depending on the room size, it can take a good bit of time before you start to see the light on blue regularly. Great product. The person who helped me with the order was phenomenal. I love the AUTO button. You set it and the hepa filter adjusts itself. We love it.

Love our Purifier

My family and i love our purifier. We've only had the purifier a week but it has definitely helped with our allergies. My husband was able to sleep soundly through the nigh the first day, and my daughter no longer has a horrible cough, (seemed like she had it for a month) within two days she was better. now we just need one for each of the bedrooms! It's quieter than i thought it was going to be too... I love the auto sensor feature...I don't have to mess with it at all.

I have suffered with terrible oak and grass allergies this season and decided to buy a larger purifier for my den/kitchen area. Alen Air Puriers are super easy to put together. This BreathSmart is quiet and attractive as can be expected. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Has made a HUGE difference
