I have had 4 fit50 units in our new house for a couple of weeks now. It still smells musty and my nose gets clogged at night with a fit 50 in my room st night. Humidity level downstairs is around 55% maybe that’s the problem. It’s a new house purchase so I am trying everything to address what I think is less than ideal air.

Although we returned the Breathsmart unit because it was too large for the space available, the unit was very effective during the short time we had it. Alen Company was very nice to work with and the return process very easy. We did reorder 2 T500 purifiers which are just as efficient and work much better for our two story home.

No sure if this is working

Our unit has been running 24/7 for a few days now and is still alternating between the red and yellow air quality lights . My wife noticed MORE dust on the coffee table now then we have had before starting this machine. For what the machine costs I see degraded improvement in our situation . We have the windows closed and no central air so I am at a bit of a loss. It will more than likely be going back.

Hi Ernest! It's definitely normal for the unit to still be cycling between yellow and red. It takes a while before it gets to blue regularly.
