Cant recommend this enough. Got it for the smoke during fire season but has made a huge difference in my seasonal allergies too. One of the best investments we have ever made.

Your handling of the order and delivery deserves 5 stars. Instructions for simpler people like me not so great. Admittedly when I finally managed to fit the cover on, I realized it was a simple matter, if I only knew which end to put in first - a hint would have been useful. Apparently the delay in getting someone on the phone was probably intentional, as when I got tired of waiting, I decided to work on the problem afresh and then Bingo, "Eureka Effect", and problem solved. I will report on the product before the return policy period is expired.

Please include assembly instructions. Although it was very simple to put together, I wasn't sure I was doing it right due to lack of instructions. "1. Unpack all pieces. 2. Remove the filter and unwrap, then put it back into the purifier. 3. Attach the front panel with the tabs on the top, allowing the magnets on the bottom to seat into their place. Plug in, touch the power button once to turn on. Then decide on the other settings. Enjoy." Or something like it. Did I miss this when I read the manual? Or is it so simple that most people can figure it out? I did eventually. Love the looks of the purifier, maybe the housing could be a darker color? So far, we've seen the yellow light most of the time. It's working hard so that we can breathe better. Looking forward to better/best air!

This is the 3rd Alen air purifier I've bought and wouldn't have any other brand. I've tried them all and nothing compares. I really love the new models that allows me to see the level of pollution that's being cleaned. As for the company? The customer service is always excellent, whether buying of follow-up on questions or problems. I did have to replace one a couple of years ago, and they sent me a new one!! How great is that to have a company that stands behind their products and promises?! Thank you Alen!!

We originally ordered the BreatheSmart unit which proved to be too large for our available space. Alen Corp was very accommodating in the return of this unit and credit back. We are very happy with the T500 towers, which work very efficiently in our two story home.

I ordered this air purifier because I have very bad allergies. Now that I have this purifier, my indoor allergies are so much better. I am in love with the BreatheSmart Air Purifier!! I would recommend this product to anyone who has allergies or just wants to breathe clean air. I am a very satisfied customer!!!
