We moved in to a new house and started experiencing lots of allergy trouble . Turns out the previous owners had multiple cats. After researching , I purchased an alen air purifier. I could see results after the first night of using it. I will be purchasing additional units for the home. I actually enjoy the minimal sound of the machine and it helps me sleep soundly and with clear breathing!

I purchased 2 - T500 purifiers about 2.5 years ago and I love them. I am allergic to animals and was moving to a house that had a cat and a dog. These purifiers have allowed me to live virtually asthma free, which is saying something! I replace the filters when the machine tells me to and they are pretty much running all the time - one in the living area and one in the bedroom. Last week I replaced the filter and was snapping the back panel back on, when the small plastic latch piece broke off. I guess I hadn't pressed the filter in far enough and the back wasn't fitting properly. I put a piece of tape to hold it on, which worked fine but I really wanted to fix it properly. I live chatted with James just now to inquire about purchasing a replacement back panel, and he offered to send me one FREE of charge.... wow - was I pleasantly surprised! When I was researching different purifiers, the great customer service reviews contributed to my decision to purchase the Alen products and I'm so glad I did. The products are awesome and the customer service is as well. I say WIN WIN!!

Its a solid unit

Quiet and does the job well. Our allergic symptoms disappear when we have the unit on at night. My wife and I sleep much better with it.

Bought 2 Breath Smarts for my house. Cleaned air so well I could sleep better and don’t have to dust so often. Worked so well I got 4 gave them to my son who has been suffering with allergies all his life. Now he can breathe better and gets a decent nights sleep.
