Hard to find replacement parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it once and the locking pin fell in the high grass and I can’t find. Just want to order a locking pin and they require part number. It does not list part number in the Manuel or in the QR code on box. Why does it have to be so hard to find a part this day and age.

To install a Greenworks 24V battery into the 24V Cordless Multi-Tool, simply align the battery's rails with the tool's internal tracks and slide it in until it clicks into place. Ensure the battery rails are clean before inserting, as debris can cause the battery to get stuck.
Step-by-step instructions:
1. Align the battery: Position the battery so that the rails on its sides are aligned with the tracks inside the multi-tool's battery compartment.
Slide into place: Push the battery firmly and straight into the compartment. You should feel it slide in smoothly.
2. Confirm secure fit: Continue pushing until the battery is fully seated and you hear a "click," which indicates it is locked in place and ready for use.
