Pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall good but does bog down on thicker grass. I haven't been able to cut anything lower than setting 3.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad to know you are enjoying the mower. If the mower is bogging down on thick grass, it could be because the the mower deck is clogged with grass, or the grass is simply too long to cut in one go. If the grass is very long, consider mowing in stages, cutting off 1/3 of the grass length at a time until you reach your desired height. Remove any dried grass or debris from the mower deck to improve airflow and cutting performance. As the lawn becomes consistently maintained you will see the cut and runtime improve. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was not sure that an electric mower could handle the tough crab grass around our country property but I was wrong. The mower started right up, was magically quiet and handled our lawn with ease. Only used it a few times but very impressed so far. Wish I had considered one earlier knowing that it is also a planet friendlier option. Thanks Greenworks for making an awesome battery operated mowing machine!

Amazing Technology!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my last gas powered mower stopped working, I’ve shopped for a replacement for quite some time. I’ve read tons of reviews and accompanying comments, and after tiring of paying someone to do what I still can in cutting my own grass, I pulled the trigger on this model. Believe me when I say that it does not disappoint. The technology is amazing. I’m even more pleased than I was anticipating. It’s quiet, has a lot of power, look great, cuts extremely well, and I had no idea that their was such an assortment and versatility in the products made by Greenworks. It’s too early for me to speak of the durability and longevity, but was very pleased to hear of the extra 4 years of warranty on the batteries when registering. I’m bought in and will definitely recommend. Thank you! I’m pleased to be to grass cutting again and saving money doing so. Overall, a fantastic value.

Quiet and Solid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Greenworks 80v mower is so quiet I can do an early morning mow without disturbing my sleeping neighbors!! Seriously I really bought this lawn mower as my first electric mower in August 2022 because my son had one and I was impressed with its comfortable power. It has faithfully performed for the past 3 mowing seasons. The dual batteries allow me to mow my entire lawn in turbo mode when it is necessary and even use the self-drive up the slopes in my back yard without having to recharge! Fortunately the quick charging batteries have been a time saver when I have forgotten to recharge them in between mowings.
