Short run time

This little vacuum works okay, but I found it didn't hold enough charge to do a quick run through on the carpets in my home (4 bedrooms and a small living room), so it has become the camper vacuum, it is able to hold the charge long enough for that
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

45 mins on low power mode; 20 mins on standard mode; 10 mins on high power. Actual run time will vary based on power mode, floor type and/or attachments used. We would be happy to investigate to see whether your run time would be considered average; please contact Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). All we ask that you have access to the unit so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information.

This is a great little vacuum. It charges quickly, maneuvers well and lasts about 16 minutes on the medium setting. This is a perfect every day vacuum! I did a lot of research before picking this one and we are glad we did!

This 24 Volt Greenworks Cordless White Stick Powerall Vacuum is great. This is our first cordless vacuum, and we absolutely love it. It is very powerful and works great for most of our vacuuming needs. We have a commercial-grade Swedish upright vacuum that we’ve had for years, but we don’t find a need to get that out often now. This Greenworks unit is great for cleaning up the crumbs after the grandchildren and quickly sprucing up the house before guests arrive. It is great on stairs, and the battery lasts a very long time for most of our jobs and charges very quickly. We often go to the beach with our travel trailer and always struggle to keep the sand out. This is a huge improvement over our little broom and dustpan. You can hear it suck, even the little bits of sand up. We will never go camping again without it. If you have an RV, you shouldn’t be without one of these. We absolutely love this little tool. Every house should have one too!
