Nice look, weird noises don't inspire confidence

Slim profile gives it a nice appearance but it has concerning sounds like when the turntable spins one direction it sound almost like a wind up timer ticking. Think I'll be buying an extended warranty. Heats about as well as any microwave I've used recently. Defrosting meat works really well. There is a filter that lives in the top front of the microwave which has a release tab, this tab protrudes high enough that it interferes with the cupboard doors so I'll need to grind that off. Also the vent ducting is situated too close to the rear of the unit. As this mounts under a cabinet, and many cabinets have a 3/4" stringer across the back, the ducting has to be run forward of this but then won't mate with the microwave. I had to fabricate and modify the duct interface with rivets and silicone to make it work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This microwave is more than I hoped for or expected. Not only does it look beautiful on the outside, the interior finish is stunning as well. The + 10 and + 30 settings are convenient but I also love the “melt” function and use it frequently.

awesome microwave, small size works great for space

We did a kitchen remodel beginning of the year and replaced all the appliances. Older house with 1960's cabinets so the space we had to use over the stove was minimal. This OTR microwave fits the space perfect and the smaller size we have not yet found anything that we cannot place inside of it.

We bought fridge and dishwasher in December! So happy than went to get matching microwave and waited till end of April to get it but have to say it was worth the wait!
