Great Microwave - Install not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like this microwave. It heats evening and quickly. Controls are intuitive. The touch controls are a little more sensitive than we are used to but not a problem.
The install however: the wall template was crooked 3/16”. The cabinet template bolt holes were off by about an inch. The instructions wanted a third hole (for which a bolt was provided) that the microwave did not have. All in all it was not a straightforward install.
But it looks fabulous! And it’s better to look good…

Great appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted to get rid of the re-circulation exhaust fan that came with the house and upgrade our countertop microwave. The old exhaust didn’t filter anything and the whole 2 story townhouse smelled like the food we cooked. Our old microwave was tiny due to limited counter space. Before having this amazing machine we had to close all the doors, open the windows and use portable fans to manage the smell. After doing the comparison with other brands on the market, I thought this was the best unit and decided to buy it. I had to wait 2 months for it but it was worth the wait! I absolutely love this appliance. It’s got everything it needs and works as advertised. The exhaust fan has 3 speeds and both re-circulation and outside venting options. We set it up to vent to outside and it’s a night and day when cooking! Our house finally doesn’t smell at all after cooking. The microwave part has a large plate and wide cavity to easily warm up large plates or bowls or bags of popcorn without them getting stuck. I can warm up the food with a single touch of a button. There are 2 LED lamps that light up the stove. The touch screen door operates smoothly with light touch and without any lag. The door opens with a pull on it or with a touch button. The only thing I’d change is adding a dimmer to the clock, which is pretty bright and it is either on or offline f - but that’s a minor detail in the grand scheme of things. The microwave runs very quietly. Exhaust fan isn’t quiet but it performs, and that’s what matters to me. Additionally, this unit freed up much needed counter space. We are very satisfied with the unit and I totally recommend it. It’s more expensive than comparable units from competitor brands, but has no issues and I think it’s money well spent. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is nice, but I am NOT happy the display clock is significantly brighter than the brand new Frigidaire range. They should be the same. The user's manual does not tell you how to adjust the display brightness. If there is a way, please let me know.

Great microwave but if you're short...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love the sleek look of this microwave and the overall space inside is a bit smaller than your average microwave, but this wasn't a problem for us as we don't typically microwave anything taller than a standard glass dish. It looks great and functions well, but beware if you're a shorter person, like me (5'4), it is a bit high up. I can reach just fine, but I can't look straight inside due to the height of it.

Good Microwave- Poor Instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the microwave installed for two weeks and have no issues so far. The features work as the should and have no complaints about how the microwave functions. The only issue with the microwave were the installation instructions. The instructions were not clearly written. It seemed like they were written by someone who did not understand English (bizarre wording, periods in the middle of words, etc). Initially made installation more difficult than necessary.

Awesome Buy!

It is smaller than a standard microwave but still has plenty of space for anything that I want to heat up. I appreciate the increased space between my stove top and bottom of the microwave. I would recommend this microwave to anyone and do not regret purchasing.
