[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like how Low-Profile Over the Range operates. However, door tends to make creaking noise when opening and stainless steel at top of door frame came a bit discolored -- 2 issues a brand new appliance shouldn't have. But overall, functions well.

I bought this unit with the expectation that an ice maker could be installed. After 5 visits, it became clear it would not happen. I was offered another fridge but this one works so well I was not interested. Old school ice cube trays work.⁹

Great Microwave - Install not so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like this microwave. It heats evening and quickly. Controls are intuitive. The touch controls are a little more sensitive than we are used to but not a problem.
The install however: the wall template was crooked 3/16”. The cabinet template bolt holes were off by about an inch. The instructions wanted a third hole (for which a bolt was provided) that the microwave did not have. All in all it was not a straightforward install.
But it looks fabulous! And it’s better to look good…
