Washes dishes until they are clean. Materials felt and looks like GE values cost savings.

Good washer.

Generally a great mid-range dishwasher. Capacity is fine for two people/normal use. No real bells and whistles. It's quiet. Only issue is the top rack needs to be pushed in JUST RIGHT and COMPLETELY for it to run well. The rack has a spray and that needs to be seated with the connection at the back of the washer. It can be a little bit of a process to get it centered and fully engaged. It works well, though!

Does not clean!

Dishes are often left with soap residue, dirty, or the Cascade pod doesn't dissolve completely.

We'd like to assist you with your dishwasher's cleaning performance. There are a few things we recommend checking, such as installation, verifying incoming water temperature and pressure, proper cycle selection, etc. You can find further guidance in the article here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17452#:~:text=When%20a%20Dishwasher%20isn't,of%20the%20water%20heater%20accordingly.
With the detergent/pod remaining, this often means the water isn't being directed into the detergent cup due to the dishes blocking it or that the water temperature is too low. Please refer to the article below for further guidance: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16990
If the issue persists, you can schedule a service appointment with a Bodewell technician by calling 833-426-3393 or schedule online at https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service

The worst

The worst. Already had to service it twice. It doesn’t get water due to sensors and can’t trouble shoot.

Capacity

Lacks the ability to adjust for capacity. The lower level prongs are quite fragile as well.

We value this feedback. Your comments regarding your dishwasher are important to us and will be considered by our product design team for review. In the meantime, we are glad to provide some helpful loading tips: The upper rack is primarily for glasses, cups, and saucers. The lower rack is best used for plates, saucers and cookware items. For more tips, please refer to pages 11-15 of the owner's manual. Here is the link: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--3wSe9zks--/a59b5d15aed1d69ae0bc2b25d1613503520e95e4.pdf

Makes a loud water draining noise behind the machine at the top. Very annoying!

It’s quiet, and it looks nice. It has a lot of features, but they don’t seem to work as I want. The steam dry feature never dries my dishes. They are extremely wet after wash.
